APSCo Australia Submission: Omnibus Bill - February 2021
APSCo Australia Members can download our response to the Fair Work Amendment Bill 2020, on behalf of all APSCo Australia Members.
In what is a very important Amendment to the Bill for many of our Members and indeed the industry, we're seeking a robust definition of casual employment based upon the intention of the parties at the inception of an employment agreement, and exclusion for labour-hire entities from casual conversion obligations under Awards.
