In the last 3 years we witnessed a record surge in the recruitment market, followed by a very quick change to what we are all referring to as a ‘normal market’. Designed specifically for consultants billing between $200k to $400k, this program is tailor-made to supercharge their sales ability to catapult them beyond the $500k mark.

This course will cover:

  1. Mindset, skills and habits for Sophisticated Sales: Discover resilience, willingness and motivation combined with collaboration skills, evaluating how much of your desk revenue you originate yourself vs how much you generate for the business, and the daily, weekly, monthly routines to set yourself up for success.
  2. The value of information: Obtaining it and developing your technical expertise (and personal value proposition), across product, customer and industry/vertical.
  3. Preparation to meet with different stakeholders: One of the most talked about but least performed parts of the sales process in recruitment. Prime yourself to meet with HR / TA, Finance / Procurement, Hiring Managers and Leadership.
  4. Execute and deliver value within your meetings with key stakeholders: Connect the dots from your clients’ needs and your area of expertise, to deliver a proposition that fulfills the total business need.

Participants will also formulate a 90 day business development plan which they will bring back to the office and look to execute under the supervision of their leader.

The Sophisticated Sales Program is being delivered in Canberra by One Recruiter's Steph Healy in person, and comprises of two 3-hour sessions on: 

  • Wednesday May 1 (2pm - 5pm) and
  • Thursday May 2 (9am - 12pm)
