Authored By Carly Fordred

APSCo Australia is thrilled to announce its new partnership with global law firm Squire Patton Boggs (SPB).

The new partnership will provide APSCo Members with greater access to employment and workplace relations legal support, with advice, updated contracts and templates and ongoing legal content provided as part of APSCo's annual membership benefits.

At the centre of this new partnership is SPB's presence on APSCo's signature membership benefit, the APSCo Advice Line. SPB will provide advice on day-to-day HR advisory issues, Award/enterprise agreements, Contracts of employment/contractor agreements, transfer of business and post-termination restraints.

Later this month, SPB will also provide Members with the following updated contract templates and guides:

Individual Contractor Agreement

Corporate Entity Contractor Agreement

Flex Worker Agreement

Client Services Agreement

SPB will provide an updated Staff Employment Contract and Permanent Placement Agreement to Members in September.

Dedicated webinars, video blogs from SPB’s Labour & Employment team - spearheaded by Sydney partner Nicola Martin, plus access to participate in virtual legal clinics will be delivered to Members over the course of the next 12 months.

Please join with us in welcoming Squire Patton Boggs to APSCo and use to good advantage the support and benefits that this partnership now brings to your business!
