Since it's inception in 2016, APSCo Australia’s Staffing Professional Certification Program has delivered a self-managed, knowledge-based Certification program that empowers consultants to have confidence in their understanding of the complex elements of compliance when managing talent and clients.
The Certification Program has been designed to inform and update recruiters throughout their career, from new talent entering the profession through to the more seasoned recruiter - equipping them with the compliance knowledge and support to significantly drive their conversations with clients and candidates to achieve best practice processes to support commercial success.
The Certification Process
The Certified Recruitment Professional program is made up of 6 subject matter modules. Each module has it's own exam containing 10-15 multiple choice questions that require a 100% result to pass. All 6 modules will need to be completed within a six month period to gain Certification.
Subject matters include: Privacy, Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination, Reference Checking, Licensing and Regulation, Workplace Migration, The APSCo Code of Conduct
Please note: Enrolment as a Student does not qualify as Membership, APSCo Australia does not cater to individual Membership options. To gain access to Member only content a Full Membership option must be selected at Company Membership level.

What to expect from the Application Process
- If you have not already done so, you will first be directed to create an account with APSCo Australia. If you have an APSCo Login already and have not logged in for this session you can select the Login or Reset Password options on the first page.
- If a new account has been created you will be required to respond to the automatic confirmation email to reset your password.
- Once an account is registered, you will log in to access your My Portal page and will be required to complete each of the outstanding tasks that appear as button links at the top of your landing page.
- Following submission of your application and confirmation of payment an APSCo representative will contact you with details on how to complete your Certification.
