Meet the Presenter: Martin Richardson, Ready Set Recruit Legal | |
The world of work is changing and it’s time to disrupt the old ways of thinking about recruitment. Those agencies that can forge deeper connections with talent and client will create a better world of work for everyone. Martin Richardson created Ready Set Recruit Legal because he wants agencies to find their real voice and shift the perspective that recruitment is transactional. He believes recruiters can lead the discussion on the future ways of working, while creating awesome careers and businesses. He just happens to be a lawyer. Martin draws on his hands-on industry experience running the Adecco legal team to help agencies all over Australia. He has plenty of war stories, and he's seen all the things that (should) keep you up at night. But he's also delivered real success and results to agencies everywhere because he goes beyond 'magic pills' and generic legal documents and advice, to get to what matters to agencies, and why. Martin has a passion for sharing his experience and knowledge around the law and recruitment, but is all about making complicated issues simple. Recruiters don’t want to be lawyers after all! |
