While the industry faces unprecedented demand, many continue to navigate new working dynamics; cultivating established teams with new hires, hybrid working models and rapid growth. So how can you ensure your people remain engaged and productive?
This webinar will discuss how your business can use data to encourage constant improvement, drive change and create a culture of success.
Sarah McCandless, Managing Director at Enterprise IT Resources will discuss how her business adopted the SIM program and will share how they used data to drive significant outcomes for their business, and build highly engaged and productive teams.
Sarah will be joined by industry legend Nigel Harse, founder of SIM, to highlight the impact of SIM participation, and share with attendees what they can expect from using data to better inform their businesses.
Highly regarded and widely sought after for his knowledge, unwavering passion and innovation, Nigel is a 40-year veteran of the recruitment industry.
