Under his leadership, the multi-national firm gained unrivalled success. He moved on to the board of Catalyst Recruitment as non-executive Director before founding RIBreport in 2003. As an industry advisor, mentor and coach, Nigel soon learned leaders wanted to know how they compared to their peers. RIBreport provided the answers with a monthly unbiased perspective on the health of staffing and recruitment firms. Sarah has worked within the recruitment industry for over 30 years. Originally from London where she started her career within the London Insurance and Actuarial markets before moving into the IT sector in 1996. After moving to Sydney in 1998 she successfully built an IT recruitment division within a generalist agency and more recently, in 2010, founded a specialist boutique recruitment company, Enterprise IT Resources and its sister consulting brand, EGC.

Sarah has since grown the Enterprise businesses to become a highly successful operation across Australia, with 100% of their customers remaining with them since the start.

As an early adopter of recruitment technology, Sarah has helped the business drive efficiencies and keep track of performance. She believes data to be a highly valuable part of the Enterprise performance and growth strategy for the future.
