Chris had a strong track record over his career of driving innovation, delivering results, and building high-performing teams. With a passion for leveraging technology to transform organizations, Chris has led major transformation and change projects locally, regionally and globally, from implementing new ATS/CRM’s, Data Centre to Cloud migrations, Security products & network & telephony solutions, integrating new Randstad businesses and migrating these to front and middle office, payroll and billing platforms. In his role as CIO, Chris has responsibilities across ANZ & SEA which demand a high level of collaboration with C level stakeholders, managing a large IT development team offshore to deliver solutions to 5 markets, prioritising demand and aligning with company strategy. |
