The Talent Engagement Standard (TES) sets best practice for organisations that recruit and manage workers. Created with reference to legislative requirements, existing industry and quality standards and business best practice, the Talent Engagement Standard defines critical compliance areas for recruitment companies, contract management organisations and ultimately employers.
There are currently a choice of 6 modules plus the compulsory Quality module. APSCo Australia’s compliance program and the Certification for consultants are matched against these modules for consistency and support.
Pre-audit risk assessments are also available to prepare for the final audit.
The modules are: Quality Management, Recruitment Management, Talent Management,. Employment and Contract Practice, Right to Work, Privacy Management, Safety Management with Supply Chain Management (inc Modern Slavery) and Cyber Security Management being added in 2019
