Caroline North Research Manager, SEEK Caroline has spent time in both the UK and Australia working in research and communication with a focus on translating research into actionable insight. During the last 11 years at SEEK, Caroline has worked to support both internal and external customers in understanding candidate needs – including the inception as well as continued development of the Laws Of Attraction research study, which looks to understand what candidates prioritise when considering who or where to work for. In addition, Caroline has developed a number of initiatives to understand the broader trends within the D&I landscape. Caroline lives and works in regional Victoria with her family on 4 acres of beautiful bushland on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung people.
