Member ALERT || Inside: APSCo's Fair Work Amendment submission
APSCo Australia has submitted its response to the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia's Jobs and Economic Recovery) Bill 2020 on behalf of Members.
While APSCo appreciates the attempts of the Government to resolve ambiguities that currently exist, we have highlighted the weaknesses that currently exist in the Bill in its current form, and have called on the Government to amend the Bill to resolve these problems.
