- Complete the Employer survey here, and encourage your employees to complete their Employee survey here. The survey take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
- A weekly prize for anyone who has completed the survey and opted into the draw – so the sooner you complete the survey the better – you’ll have more chances to win. Weekly prizes are Gold Class movie vouchers. A major prize draw for anyone who has completed the survey and opted into the draw.
