The RA Certificate

The RA Certificate is a recruitment consultant development and sales training program designed specifically for the recruitment industry. The RA Certificate is focused on developing recruitment skills, sales & communication skills and creates a customer-focused mindset.

RA Graduate (Certificate III in Business, RECRUITMENT MAJOR)

This program provides individuals with the key skills and knowledge required to be a successful recruitment consultant. The course is designed to transform new starters into competent successful desk-ready recruiters or as a 'refresher' for recruiters with some experience. It is the only course in Australia which qualifies as a Cert III in Business (Recruitment) and attracts both Federal and State funding for employers who enrol their new starters into the program.

Fee for service is $2,200
This course has Employer Incentives. The Cert III is under the National Traineeship Program and therefore may attract Federal funding of $4000 paid to the employer, per eligible new starter enrolled.
It also qualifies for State funding, reducing the cost to employers to $1000 (from $2,200) per eligible new starter.

Registration

Registration is done through our RTO partner, WISE EDUCATION. The initial contact is Louise King (MD of Recruitment Academy), who will pass the student’s details to WlSE’s Enrolment Officer. WISE are currently developing an on-line enrolment process which will soon be available from their website https://wise.edu.au. The course is facilitated by WISE who will provide a dedicated trainer to guide the student through the whole course. The Cert III is 450 activity hours, but the main 4 core recruitment modules are 30 hours

The Recruiters' Foundation Course

The Recruiters’ Foundation Course has been designed to equip new employees with the basic skills necessary to become a recruitment consultant. It is a competency based, flexible learning program, comprising of theoretical modules for the consultant to complete on their own and practical exercises to complete with a trainer or manager.

In the webinars that follow, the consultants will have an interactive experience with brainstorming and role plays that go on to be critiqued by the trainer and their peers.
