State Governments have now released their regulations for licensing schemes for the labour-hire sector with applications open and commencement dates in place for Queensland and South Australia.

Your clients' (current and potential) internal teams and contractors will all be hearing the legislative rhetoric delivered by Governments, their legal and other advisers on the licensing schemes, which may cause some concern and difficult questions being asked.

It is important you keep the lines of communication open. Stay on the front foot and discuss the implications, as appropriate, on how the changes will impact your business, the relationships you have with them and, what it means, if anything, for them.
