Recruitment consultants and resourcers are required to constantly manage personal information of contractors, candidates, co-workers and business contacts in a way that respects their privacy and preserves the security of that information.

The Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) Bill 2016 which came into effect on the 22nd of February, 2018 – adds another layer of data management and control.

This webinar has been developed to support consultants and resourcers who collect information on a daily basis and have a responsibility to store, record and dispose of such data according to the new regulations. This can include personal information, credit information and tax file numbers as an example.

For those undertaking the APSCo Recruitment Professional program, this is new material and one of the webinars available to complete your annual renewal recognition.
