2020 has been a year of change. Every aspect of running a successful recruitment business has been tested at some point and there are lessons to be learned.

Now it is time to focus on planning for 2021. What is really going to change in the way we work with clients and interact with candidates? Do recruitment agencies need to make internal changes to leadership, remuneration, technology, marketing, or compliance?

Our panel discussed these issues and more, as well as answered your questions on preparing for 2021.
