Join Dudley Kneller, experienced lawyer and Partner at Gadens, in discussing the current reforms and approach by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as it shifts emphasis from awareness raising and education to enforcement.
Dudley will examine the raft of recent changes including increased penalties and oversight as well as the highlights from the recent Attorney General’s final report into privacy reform released in February.
Consistent with the theme of building trust, Dudley will also examine some of the recent cyber breach incidents which continue to present risk to consumers and more broadly.
