Anna Elliott from Squire Patton Boggs will open the series by introducing the important clauses that she has reviewed and incorporated in the APSCo Australia Employee Contract Template (Staff) and discuss some key case studies and developments relating to post-termination restraints, remuneration issues and expectations of both employees and employers. In particular, Anna will discuss the variations that should be considered for different levels of experience and management.

In particular, Chris will focus on ICT, media and digital, scientific, engineering and accounting, where technical knowledge is required in the recruitment process. He will look at the aims, problems and positives of these various models.
