Following on from the influx of positive feedback from her input to the Leading Edge Program, both as a forum panellist and a webinar presenter, Dr Natalie Flatt is back. Natalie makes her debut in APSCo Australia’s Management Masterclass Program on October 10th with her half day session exploring the topic of Building Emotional Resilience and Intelligence to Create Team Cohesion. Dr Natalie Flatt Ph.D has been a company director and a recruiter in Health and Education for the past 10 years. Natalie has extensive experience in both academia and solution-focussed intervention to assist with anxiety, resilience, stress management, relationships, workplace conflict and compassion fatigue. Her therapeutic work offers practical, evidence-based solutions to assist professionals to overcome a wide variety of difficulties to ensure ongoing emotional resilience, wellbeing, and improved self-confidence; resulting in higher work life satisfaction and productivity.
