|Brian Parker, Chief Economist at Sunsuper since 2015, Brian has worked in economics, portfolio management, and communications roles with firms including Rothschild, JP Morgan, Citigroup, MLC and the Reserve Bank of Australia His awareness of the importance of a strong talent ecosystem to support economic stability, no matter the political agenda, will set the scene for this discussion as we head into the 2019 election year.|
Rebecca Houghton has a unique profile in our sector which makes her a powerful advocate and practical coach for all of us. She has been part of all elements of the talent ecosystem: self-employed, executive TA positions at the top end of town, headhunter in the City of London, run major P&Ls for agencies and, most recently led Agile product development and People Experience programs.
Richard Fischer is the Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Australia & New Zealand, immediate Past Chair and Life Member of APSCo Australia. Richard has more than 22 years’ experience working extensively in the specialist recruitment and professional services sectors across the Australian, New Zealand and Singaporean markets. In 2015 Richard was appointed Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia. Richard is passionate about providing innovative workforce solutions for clients and promoting a stronger understanding of the talent ecosystem that underpins the changing world of work.
|Joshua van Gestel is Sunsuper’s National Education Manager, with extensive experience within Financial Services and Financial Media organisations, including roles in management, content development and education delivery.|
He is responsible for developing and delivering Sunsuper’s education strategy to members, employers and representative bodies. Joshua is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their dreams through the provision of effective, tangible experiences and creating programs with employers to address employee wellbeing.
