Dianne’s interest in compliance has lead her to draft a number of standards for service industries, including recruitment. She has a deep understanding of the issues facing employers and recruitment and related businesses in Australia and New Zealand today.
Dianne has a BCommerce, MBA, and is an Associate Fellow of AIM. She is a qualified lead auditor in the three most prominent ISO management standards, 9001 Quality, 4801 OHS, and 14001 Environmental Management. She regularly conducts training in and makes presentations on key compliance topics including quality, safety, privacy, business management and recruitment best practice.
