APSCo Australia's Advice Line service is a combination of telephone and email support for Members. APSCo Members can depend on up to 30 free minutes of telephone or written advice as a benefit of their annual Membership package.

All APSCo Australia Advice Line conversations are confidential, and APSCo Australia will not intervene unless specifically requested to do so by a Member.In the event that required advice provision takes in excess of 30 minutes allocated under Advice Line service agreements, APSCo Australia Members may agree to partner charges by agreement of said Member and advice provider directly. All applicable advice fees will be advised prior to advice provision and APSCo Australia Members are under no obligation to agree to any costs or advice provision.
